Service Satisfaction
We are committed to providing high-quality garden furniture repair and restoration services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.
Inspection Period
Upon completion of restoration work, you will have the opportunity to inspect the furniture. Please review the work carefully and notify us of any issues within 7 days of completion.
Revisions and Corrections
If you identify any issues with the completed work that do not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will:
- Address the concerns at no additional cost if they result from our workmanship
- Make necessary corrections within a reasonable timeframe
- Work with you to ensure satisfaction
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to complete the work as agreed due to our error
- If the work does not meet the agreed-upon standards and cannot be corrected
- If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be provided based on any assessment fees incurred
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date will not incur charges
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may be subject to a cancellation fee
- If work has already begun, charges will apply for work completed
Warranty Coverage
Our workmanship warranty covers defects in work performed. If issues arise due to:
- Defects in our workmanship or materials we provided
- Problems that should have been addressed during restoration
We will address these issues at no additional cost within the warranty period.
Exclusions
The following are not covered by our return or refund policy:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect after service completion
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage from environmental factors beyond our control
- Changes in your preferences or requirements after work is completed
